"Legacy" feels quite atmospheric because of the distant muffled vocal effect on Em's spoken verses, which helps a lot in my enjoyment of it. Em's rhyming is insane too, sometimes as much as 5 syllables at a time. I also like the "Tribe Called Conquest" reference.
"Asshole" seems to be hated, but i think it's alright. Just requires the right mind set to appreciate. Nice "No Doubt" reference too.
"Berzerk" is amazing. Not hiding my bias here, i LOVE Beastie Boys. So naturally, i think this is friggin awesome. Nostalgia got my head nodding instantly. The chorus is banging too. "Mayhem to the A.M." is now my user title on several forums. As for shoutouts, this time i really liked the MC Ren / Ren & Stimpy pun/reference.
"Rap God" is the ultimate display of his vocal talent with the fast spitwork. He also nailed this at the Youtube awards, which he should get props for. "Everybody loves to root for a nuisance" is a great lyric which also references himself, which i appreciate. Maybe it's because i saw the awards video before i heard the proper version, but i really enjoy this track. Both the lyrical skill and some of the lyrics themselves.

"Brainless" has a nice beat and Em's growling lyrics resonate well. More great rhyme schemes and anecdotes from him on this one.
"Stronger than i was" doesn't appeal to me much, i'll give you that one. Though... while it's playing in the background as i write this, i think the slow pace is actually quite relaxing and atmospheric. I guess it's another one you need to be in the mood for.
"The Monster" gets automatic plus points for having a Rihanna chorus. Say what you will about Recovery, but "Love the way you lie" (and several other tracks) was good. The beat and lyrics work on this, and i can certainly groove to it. Nice concept and decent execution.

"So Far..." is the album highlight, hands down. Total awesome from start to finish. From the sampling of a song that only my Mom recognizes, to the country music piss-take, to the humorous/badass style of some of the lyrics... This song is incredible and one of the best tracks this guy has ever spat. Trapped in an animal shelter with 'Pet peeves'? Well played, Em. I've listened to this song about 10 times now, and it's not getting old yet. Great Zelda reference too.
"Love Game" has a decent guest, although i wish he didn't ruin it for himself with his silly voice quirk he tries pulling off. Nice George Zimmerman name drop though. You can't simmer the Zimmer! :D
Strange old-style chorus, but i can dig it i guess. Eminem saves the track with his lyrics and voice, which are always great when he's not killing them with needless effects and accents like on relapse. His final verse on this is especially great.
"Headlights" is an apology from a matured Eminem to his mother, which feels quite geniuine, brought to life by Em's storytelling ability demonstrated in the verses. This style has always been his Niche, and he brings his A-game to this one. Beautiful.

Tear into me all you want, but several of these tracks are brilliant IMO.
Better than Encore and Relapse, HANDS DOWN.
Say what you want about an album with "Asshole" in it, i'd still prefer it to an album with "Just Lose It" in it. (An album that is only slightly redeemed courtesy of "like toy soldiers" and "one shot two shot") :/
I also liked Recovery, which was a great return to flow and form. "Won't Back Down", "You're Never Over", "Love The Way You Lie", "Talking 2 Myself", "No Love", "25 To Life", "Almost Famous", etc? All stellar/awesome. This and Recovery are more or less equals, though this still has the potential to grow on me some more.

Recovery gets grating after a while, there is not enough variety in tone. Everything is so hard and serious, and quite a bit of it
feels forced. If I remember correctly Eminem has stated in interviews that the hate towards Relapse got under his skin and I
think it shows that Recovery is a too reactive attempt to "correct" the issues people had with relapse.

guy's become exactly what he used to rap against

Don't know why "Evil Twin" isn't being mentioned at all. He absolutely kills it with that track. Definitely his best there since Eminem Show.

This album is much better than Recovery, and yet it's currently averaging the same score? I don't get it.
