I'm glad people are digging the record. Here's a pretty interesting interview I found with Jeremy explaining the lawsuit and record.

Woah damn good interview, may have to purchase the physical version when it comes out. Jeremy is pretty humble.

Right, I dont think people get that even though they are playing cashable music, its really their passion, and they just wanna have some fun while they can.

that alternative version of the document speaks for itself you linked sounds fine, as did the original version of violence, so it can't just be the record

I kind of fall in the middle of opinions on this band. They don't do anything original, other bands accomplish what they are trying to better, and they're very straightforward. On the flip side they are also decent fun and avoid being cringe worthy (for the most part) unlike a lot of their contemporaries. They also seem pretty genuine which I think counts for something. I'm also not one of those people that thinks that there are genres of music that should never be mixed. It's all about the execution.

Not nearly as catchy as Homesick in my opinion.

Alot of bands when they make new albums end up changing up their sound or trying something new or doing something to make them sound like SHIT. But, it's obvious to me that A day to remember's new album is not a disappointment.
