Liam Borns Can't believe Sabbath got #1 and Megadeth didn't.... I know the 18 year Ozzy hiatus played a HUUUGE part in their incredible sales numbers, but come on. Sabbath, despite them being the forefathers of Metal, aren't half as good as Megadeth. 15-20 years ago, Megadeth would out-sell Sabbath 10 to 1. What the fuck happened?!

Well, I'm probs gonna bump Vol.4 to a 3.5, but Vol.4 has 4-5 incredible tracks, and then a whole lot of boring / annoying.

Vol. 4 destroys this imo.

Eh, disagree, I was really impressed by this, as opposed to Vol.4, but to each our own.

I don't care who you are, if you were/are a fan of old Sabbath, you should really like this. It definitely can fit in there with after Sabotage, but better and more focused. Tony and Geezer sound fantastic, and Ozzy actually surprised me on this.

yeah, a lot of people said his vocals suck on this, but they sound just like they always have so

His vocals actually sound like the way Ozzy should to me as well. They took out that horrible sound that he had on his last few solo records known as heavily autotuned

I never liked Vol. 4, aside from a few great tracks like "Snowblind", the album bores me as well. It's a great album, dont get me wrong, but that's my least favourite from the first 6.

@Steal

Yeah, this is great album, I dont think anyone is really debating that. Everyone sounds great, and even the production (which many seem to dislike), I find to be relatively well done. It's like a blend of the Master of Reality doom feel with a more modernized/clean production. I personally would have gone with a dirtier sound, but it's not that bad in my opinion.

Hello dudes. Yeah, a little dirtier production would be great but overall Rick Rubin did a very good job in this album.

Vol. 4 beats this by a long shot.

Also, Snowblind is the best song ever so.....
