I don't know what to think after reading your excellent review hahahaha. I love this band but after We Are the Void.....damn.

it's most likely better than that, but by how much is the question. don't want to get my hopes too high

If this wasn't a DT album it'd be fucking amazing. That being said, it's only great for now.

this sounds truly awful

I find it hard to compare this album to their previous work. Everything from Haven to We Are The Void was kind of the same style, but this is just different. It is definitely good though, not many bands would be capable of writing this kind of material.

I love that these guys keep pressing forward and altering their sound... for all the melodeath fans that are scared of change, theres always Insomnium and Amon Amarth.

science of noise is pretty good.
This isn't really a radical progression imo, it should have been though

Really stoked to listen to this, really enjoyed character and projector.

OMG that What only You Know has got to be one of the best songs of the year. Amazing.

Wow did my comment really get deleted? An opinion that an album is average is worth removing.
Anyways, the earlier leaks didn't really help, there's probably more room for it to grow, but not by much.

I'm sure the early leaks didn't help since they were apparently cut off before the songs are even over. Who knows how else it is jacked up? If a leak is crap, so is your rating. -- I didn't delete whatever post you made, but my comment still stands.--

I'm not knocking others' ratings, this came off so plain even with the 320. The 192 leak I had played all the way through though so I can't compare that way.
Maybe it's more to the fact that DT's never really clicked for me and probably never will.
I'll spin this for another few weeks and see if it grows, but I don't really think it will. Thanks for the clarity Trey.

I really like this band from Projector up until this album, and I still had to really give this a chance to sink in because the first handful of listens always ended with me barely remembering anything about the album. It has to be focused on.
PS-- love the new Queensryche.

PS-- love the new Queensryche.
Is it that new I can't access it, or do I have to follow my own channels lol?
It has to be focused on.
I'm not going to lie, I don't think I've ever given a single DT record more than two weeks to sink in.
Would you suggest a longer listening period, and of which albums first?
EDIT: Also, give the new Evangelist – Doominicanes a listen

Can't find a 320 version. The one on TPB is 192 just made to look like 320.

Didn't see his 4.6 honestly so maybe it's worth a shot. Probably not one of my top priority albums right now.

"this needs to leak in better quality. the cut offs at the end are blue balls"
yeah no kidding lol that was killing me yesterday when I gave this a listen
