Pitchfork did a Sunday feature on Hosianna Mantra a few weeks ago that is definitely worth reading.

Majestic elegance. Easily passed the test. This is such a different experience to “Garden” that I’m happy to consider the frightfully rare ‘dual 4.5s’ (by finally promoting that one).

True. A one of a kind album. "In den Gärten Pharaos" is essential but completely different to this. As you like some ambient / drone, then I imagine you should be fine.

I jammed it this morning. Dig it hard, but I think this one is way better tbh.

Agreed. This one is probably their best.

two completely different experiences

both are essential

…but I do listen to “In den Gärten Pharaos“ more often, usually during sleep deprived mornings (it’s perfect for this purpose!)

What a band.

Agreed that they're very different. This is more my vibe, but they both kick ass.
