Idk, I've listened to it like 5 times now and it hasn't really grown much on me. It's still a solid 4, but it's not as good as I was hoping. I guess that's what I get for having too high of expectations, it always makes the album seem somewhat disappointing lol

It's just hard to top this, over 70 minutes of nonstop epic/beautiful/victorious melodies.. in this
case I'd say the student has become the master. This is like a 4.9, might as well 5 this at some
point.

I don't remember being moved this much while listening to an album, especially the clean vocals in Book of the Fallen, near the ending. One of my favorite moments in music to be honest.

The title track is my favorite track, perfect riffs as well. When I first listened through the album, I thought the solo in A Voice Born of Stone and Dust was kinda weird and seemed out of place, but now I love that as well.

I still do think it's a little out of place, but it too has grown on me. That's probably the only reason the album isn't a straight out 10 but like 9.75 or something to me, not nearly enough to seriously detract from it as a whole.
