every band on "the wave" (ta, pianos, ld, defeater, and mdam) had really good debuts and pretty underwhelming sophomore lps. the lack long after was pretty good though.

yeah but pianos have always been the best band in that scene.

except they clearly were/are and if you disagree you need to take some time to get your life together.

i feel wildlife as a whole was better than "somewhere"
