i kinda agree with this.. but songs like Dont Kill My Vibe, Poetic Justice, Good Kid and Real i thought sucked. The rest were great and i would have liked Sharene alot more if he rapped about him getting robbed or jumped w/e.

I loved the production on section 80 and only songs i didnt really like were Tammy and Members Only.

My opinion as well. Although M.A.A.D city is probably one of his best songs ever for sure. I think this will be a 5 not too long from now. Incredibly good, especially since I got rid of that Mary J Blige song and replaced it with Cartoon & Cereal and The Heart pt. 3

This album was predictable in the sense that I knew it would blow me away. However, I wasn't blown away by the creative beats and lyrics as I had predicted- Kendrick moves towards a slightly more mainstream and straightforward style. Instead I was surprised by the deep plot and cohesiveness of the album. The entire album tells a detailed story that even brings in characters from his previous album Section.80. Of course beat selection was beyond exceptional and he definitely innovated and 'changed the game' as they say. No short of a modern hip-hop classic.
