This album is so good. Vocalist reminds me a bit of the original singer from Halifax.

It is a great CD. They aren't the same without Mike. Halifax released an EP with one of the guitarists singing lead. It was alright.

The original singer has a new band/project called Me the Nomad. They have released two EPs that I listened to some samples of. It was pretty good. It felt like Halifax, but there was something else to it. They have a Facebook page. I guess he is also trying to get a comic series he is writing published.

Tag! No Bases is one of my favorites here.

It's hard to pick, but I would say "Love Always, Leviathan" would be mine so far.

Anybody heard their first album?

Yeah. It's heavier, more experimental and less catchy.

That's interesting. It seems like a similar setup to this album, but at times, it feels completely different.

I love this guy's singing voice. There's just something about it.

Ever listen to Halifax? He has some similar qualities to their original singer. They had a pop-punk like style to them as well. I think the guy from Icarus is better though. Still reminds me a lot of him.

Both are pretty awesome, I've been bouncing back between the two for the past week. I have to admit this band has kind of taken over my shit for the moment. If I feel the same way about this album as I do now in a couple of weeks this might become a 4.5 for me.

They did the same to me when I got a hold of this album. I just can't get enough.

Holy hell. I just listened to "Invertebrate" from their first album and I did not see the screaming/heavy bridge coming. It was weirdly awesome.

Yeah that song is pretty sweet. I'm glad they don't scream in their other songs though. I already listen to a thousand sing scream bands.

I agree. It sounded good, it just felt unnecessary. Especially since they only do it a couple times throughout the album.
