Sybreed - Antares is the only thing I find remotely similar than this. The clean vocals are done in a similar fashion, although Sybreed is much heavier.

personally i'm sitting on a 4, some of the middle tracks lose me a bit but there's barely a dull moment here and it's very unique
one of my favourite albums of last year for certain :]
