considering that saves the day album is like a 4.2 for some reason I figured this would be at least a 4 on here.

Album Rating: 4.0
yeah bands widely regarded as being near the top of the pop-punk genre like blink or YC tend to hover right around the 3.7-4.0 avg for their albums.
love me some Relient K, esp. this record and Forget and Not Slow Down (I reviewed it lowly around its release but have since learned to love it)

yeah i love forget not slow down. also think anatomy of tongue in cheek is underrated here. probably gets knocked hard for overly christian lyrics

I like the Christian lyrics on it (1) because it's part of who they are and makes the album different and (2) because I grew up a Christian and still am one (to varying degrees of success, which is to say mostly that I don't abide by most of the things I'm supposed to).

I have this on vinyl and they actually add in apathetic way near the end of the album. It fits in nicely.

The One I'm Waiting For & Which to Bury are especially excellent

Generous 3.5. Pop-punk albums have no business being 50 minutes.
