The Wonder Years and The Menzingers would like a word with you. This is really good though. Bumping to a 4 because the second half is just great track after great track. Stay, Call Me Hopeless, Everything's An Illusion, and I'd Rather Make Mistakes all rule. But yeah ALIR still crushes this.

monsters in the closet is legitimately an awful album, i liked anywwhere but here though
new song is ok for me, not mind-blowing but eh they'll never top the debut anyway

i think anywhere but here is worse but it’s more consistently decent where monsters picks up gradually but starts out really rough for this band

legitimately the only songs i can remember liking on Monsters are Nothing You Can Live Without and Angels, whilst i dig at least half of Anwhere tbh
