uroko is probably my favorite "death metal" song of theirs. But yeah, Phenomenon is probably the best on the album.

It's about as good as this, if not slightly better.

Tousei is really good too. Only flaw for me is I'm a little bored of the production they've been using since DSS, a fresh take would have made it even better.

...wow...

I'm really liking Arche, it's like every problem I had with this band is almost gone. The guitarist is right, it is their most complete sounding album.

yeah, Uroboros wandered at times, DSS wondered a lot, but this one feels really complete and like they really knew what they were going for

Definately, the guitarist has improved so much on this album which helps massively too. I'm not fond of DDS minus a few songs, didn't like Uroboros, Vulgar, Withering to Death and I couldn't finish the second song on Kisou but....damn this album is finally the album I wanted from this band.

Arche is basically what this band should've followed up with after Uroboros. Never have I been more anxious about a Dir en Grey release.

The Arche version of Sustain the Untruth has less bass presence and less thick then the orginal, shame :[

@FadedSun: It was issued today, bro. I was fortunate enough to hear the entire thing through YouTube myself.

I found it. This is great! A step up from DSS IMO.

Dude, Die and Kaoru are both amazing guitarists, they've always done with is needed for the songs.

Shame people already made a lot of 2014 lists already, Arche definitely could have filled a spot for some.
