Though it seems to have more in common with judas priest et al than it does with the early thrash metal movement, slayer still has that ferocity and velocity that always made them stand out from the crowd. A great way to introduce your career, especially as an 80's speed metal band. And that drum solo at the beginnning of the title track is fucking ace.
