Those songs sound pretty good live if that helps.

6 songs is way too many. All I remember is Salt being the most generic core song I've ever heard

This and Plagues kinda aged like shit but Dez Moines and Assistant still rule

Plagues will always be my fav too.

@Jay. Those three pretty much carry this album for me. Especially Assistant idk why it's just always been one of my favorites by them

6 from Color Decay is bonkers and I like that album lmao. I guess that’s their “staple” of the newish lineup

this album still whips ass

when i saw them last they did 6 color decay songs, 2 off this and 1 off dead throne and its the most ive ever felt my enthusiasm dramatically shift seeing old and new material. they were unbearably boring, the new stuff sticks out even worse live to me when surrounded by their bangers

While I support older bands leaning heavily into their new material for live shows, I think color decay stinks and would prefer to not have to hear any of it live

This was and is quintessential to this brand of core. Banger front to back

idk i mean there really isn't a bad song on this, I just feel like a lot of the songs after danger wildman just kinda tread the same territory and don't really standout as much

also 6 songs from color decay is wayy too many, i just tried to revisit those songs and they pale so hard in comparison

most memorable track in the 2nd half is louder than thunder, and mainly cause its a core ballad. I never loved it but it's solid for what it is.

I don't blame anyone for holding this album in higher regard though. I do LOVE the standouts from this and mike sounds so gnarly on this too
