I really don't think this is that far off from Library! It's just a little more straightforward, aggressive, and maybe a little more breakdown heavy but it's still very fucking solid.

for sure, its definitely not a far cry from The Library.



while i might prefer the Library as an album, this does have my favourite Johnny Truant tracks (the grotesque, fog lights and the title track)



on the library i really love dirty vampire feeding frenzy and the the exploder

Architects first 3 albums bang....then they truly fell off the face of the earth writing good music. Although the "core" kids eat it up these days

This feels so much different than Library to me, but its so well-executed that it doesn't matter. Its just as unpredictable and awesome as Library, just more aggressive.
