I'll agree it's catchy at some points, but it's just so overproduced it almost hurts my ears when I have my earbuds in. And I've gotten so critical of the guitar on albums lately, that's partly my fault.
its totally cool man were chill. But about the over-produced part - i believe this is a Joey Sturgis project if i'm not mistaken so there you go haha

Epiphany's the best man, love that technical riffing

This album gave me the impression that this band could be quite enjoyable in the future. They've released two songs from the new album now and both are just horrible. RIP.

So I've listened to a couple of TWA songs a while ago and thought they were mediocre, but they're coming around here headlining a show that also features Born of Osiris at a reasonable price (which is something I've waited A LONG time for), so I'm wondering if TWA is a worthwhile band live and if their discography is anything I'd actually enjoy.

BTW, also seeing Defeater next week with Hundredth and Blacklisted.

Right, if anyone else wants to answer my question and try to persuade me to go to that show, please do. I really want to see BoO but I'm having trouble accepting the fact that they're taking the backseat here.

this album was the first metal album I ever listened too and it sparked the new interest in me. I know every single word a guitar melody to this and i still listen to it consistently 6/5
