Hmm, interesting question... I'm unsure if it's more mainstream than 'Universes'. It's mellower, but there is a quirkiness to it than I wouldn't automatically associate with being mainstream. But overall, I guess it is more mainstream, but I don't think it's as much of an extent as what most people will think.

nah, i'm in the country now so it's too far for me to commute.

plus i probably wouldn't anyway because i'm a lazy sod. festival hall has a weird sound too, i reckon. if you're in the wrong spot it reverbs really bad.

I was seeing this everywhere in the shops. I got it a couple days ago, and circles caught my attention. Album doesn't seem to get good until it gets to that point. Nice review Davey, you've nailed it

Thanks Desolator... & I presume that the marketing campaign SHOULD get this to #1 on the charts next week.

Freaky... I know someone else who went to live up in Shep about 3 months ago. It must be the trendy place to be nowadays.

it's not that great, but it is a lot cheaper than the suburbs in terms of living costs and that's why we made the tree-change in the end.

heaps of pubs too and jb hifi is like 2 minutes from my house so i'm set.
