Frank is a recurring character throughout tom's career. Normally he's a bitter middle age man who looks upon his past with regret/ longing then burns down his wife's house cause the dog is annoying.

haha but dude you have to listen to the words, they're hilarious. maybe you have to be from Vancouver though. It's honestly the perfect song about Christmas in Vancouver, and it's all so tongue in cheek, especially with the childrens choir.

I imagine it is in that spirit... but due to working in retail and having to listen to christmas songs
for 40 hours per week for 8-9 consecutive weeks of the year(roughly 320 hours), any christmas song no
matter how witty or original, even by my musical hero, can be anything other than torture for my poor
ears.
