both bands have awsome lyrics and singers but the overall of DH does it for me. even tho the last 2 albums were somewhat mediocre, deliver us and undoing ruin are among some of my favorites.

There are very few discernable breakdowns, vocals are more in vein with melodic death metal on all their albums except maybe this one. When I think of metalcore screaming I think of bands such as Killswitch Engage, August Burns Red, Unearth etc. I've always thought of them as a mix between thrash and melodic death metal
but who cares anyway
