Am I the only one who was a little disappointed with this one? I just couldn't get hooked like on Clients or Prey for Eyes.

"Hour Of Rats" is easily the best song of the year. Never really listened to The Red Chord but this album has certainly turned me into a fan.

This album is great. Good melodies, guitar riffs, aggression, and songwriting. In your face all the way through.

One thing I really enjoy about the Red Chord vs. all other deathcore is that I can distinguish one song from another. "Memorable" is the word I'm looking for. "Hour Of Rats" is one of my favourite songs released this year.

And Waior listening to Arghoslent? Wtf? Awesome dude, just awesome!

Gonna listen to this a few more times to make sure my rating is correct. But, aside from that, Hour Of Rats is really good.

for some reason prey for eyes disappointed me so im hoping this album can recover what i miss about the red chord in their "fused together in revolving doors days"

saying that "ingest the ash" sounded as if it were melting was right on. review definitely talked me into giving this album a listen. loved all of the red chord's stuff, but this album killed. they're really steping up their game. too bad other bands won't follow suit...

I wish the tracks were just a little bit longer.

Found myself wishing for that too at the end of 'Embarrassment Legacy'.

But now, after a few more listens, track lengths are fine. I think I was just surprised how many times I had to restart the playlist whilst engaged in other activities of yore.
