I was upset that people didn't enjoy the new U2 album, but I don't go around complaining to them because of their opinions, christs sake. Insecure much?
21 guns isn't that bad, it's just not earthshatering imo. the albums very predictable. and i detest the overall theme.
Note: that review has the member ratings much lower than the authors rating.

I believe when I read these commens nobody even get to the end of the record.
what do you think that says about this record?

This is so fucked up. Green Day put out a very well record, this is really a decent CD. I don't understand this site, there are some much people on here who simply never loved Green Day and than they say they don't gonna listen it. THAN SHUT THE FUCK UP AND LISTEN SOMETHING ELSE. For the people who like Green Day and those who are smart and think: 'if they didn't put out American Idiot, they would't be able to put this kind of cd out', they will love it, this is green day at they maximum on this age, this time.
Felt like this post needed another response. I personally dislike Green Day and I'm not going to listen to or rate this album. However why does this mean I can't come here and read a perfectly good review and have a little banter with others who feel differently to myself?

Serious, how many people have actually heard the song '21 guns' of this record? I believe when I read these commens nobody even get to the end of the record. Is there now really nobody that thinks that this is a decent effort from Green Day? I don't get it, you can't want them to write another dookie. They grown up. Fuck it.

This review says all what I want to say. Maybe if some people read it and then actually listen to the record with the thought of 'i'm gonna give it a chance' and not with 'it's green day, they single sucks, this sucks too', then maybe you gonna realise that this is a very nice CD.
read the same reply i gave the other greenday fanboy.

. Yes, it is glorious, epic, and even addictive
that sounds like enough
rock n roll is serious business at sputnikmusics :'(
what that quote really means is:
It is overbearing, pretentious, huge, and begrudgingly catchy, but most importantly, it unveils a band without direction.

Green Day died after making American Idiot. They weren't incredibly talented even back then, but anyone who actually likes this music is either jailbait or an idiot who needs to be killed

I think that for every album that comes out now...someone should edit wikipedia with a quote from the sputnik review. Watch this site blow up exponentially.
On second thought, maybe that shouldn't happen.

I wouldn't consider a random user review a "sputnik" review.
