Its wild to me that this band never really 'made it', even by metal standards.
Consistently excellent discography with easily some of the best music to come out of their era of progressive metal.
And yet... nobody seemed to care? Crazy.
Was just thinking about what Phenotypes could have been.
Hope some of those ideas see the light of day eventually.

Cool song yeah but I dislike the awkward breakdown part. Would be a better song if they fleshed out the 'quiet' parts a bit more. The rhythms on Lament of an Icarus are still mind boggling to me. How the fuck do you even drum that...
One Eye for a Thousand is a stellar song, maybe my favourite here.
I am quite sad thought that this record is so compressed, I would love to hear this without it sounding so tight and muffled
