I know you all love it but all i hear is one of the most absolutely half-assed pieces of music to ever come out of france. Ill take pretty much any other peste album over this. That being said i guess i can understand the kvlt appeal of an album this sloppy, its just not for me and personallly i think its objectively terrible too.

It's definitely not half-assed, in fact the amount of effort the band put into sounding as if they're constantly fucking up is commendable :D

The progressions and guitar work just blow my mind every time I hear them, even if it sounds like they deliberately didn't practice for two weeks before recording it.

I don't even find it that sloppy. It's pretty much the best combination of folk and metal ever composed.

Agreed with Jac too that the guitar work is outrageously good. Nothing sounds like this album.
