This is probably my favorite Incubus album. Not a song here I don't like.

incubus cannot do anything wrong in my eyes. every record is different, they are all fantastic musicians with exceptional ability. This is a great record, diverse, sonic, thought provoking. Incubus will be one of those bands that are still around in 20 years and still making important music, much like the flaming lips and the mars volta, the music is just too good not to listen to.

i was a little disappointed with this, since morning view had rocked my life up until that point. i'm really impressed with how well this has dated though...that groove on priceless is spot on

This is the best Incubus record. I think it has a happy mood. Some kind of Californian sound or mood.

This album is severely underrated on here. I love the energy this album possesses, and I'm surprised that others don't feel the same way.
A lot of people probably just fell into the "all bands get worse with each album" mentality that definitely is not true... I was listening to this yesterday for nostalgia, and it reminded me how good this album is.
If it weren't for Southern Girl and Leech, I would have rated this even higher!

It's definitely a solid album but it makes me miss their funk side. It's a sign of maturation sure but it's not nearly as fun as their other albums. Plus it could have been shortened a few tracks, there are a few duds.
That said, Sick Sad Little Word may be their best track ever. I also really love Pistola, Leech, and Zee Deveel.

I understand what you're saying totally. However, I do think that this album was more fun than Morning View!
MV was a great chill album, but not as exciting as this one.
