Honestly, I enjoy all of Cornell's solo albums aside from this.

I always hated Timbaland as a producer.
Only thing He did well: The way I are. Sounds like sth that belongs to the fifa soundtrack.

I think he produced that one good Justin Timberlake album too, 20/20 Experience or whatever. Otherwise I don't know enough about the guy.

This isn't as abysmal as I remembered it, but it's definitely far from good. T/t rules surprisingly hard though, it's the only track on here that kept my attention and has some replay value for me.

Insanely underrated. Good performances from both Cornell and Timbaland here.

100% reckon the reason this copped so much flack is because Cornell fans circa 09 were mostly "99% of teens have turned to rap and hip hop reshare if you're part of the 1% that still listens to rock music" types. If it were Timberlake or Furtado on these songs they'd probably be counted in the pantheon of classic era Timbaland - but I really enjoy the texture that Cornell's gruff, smokey voice adds here.

Timberlake and Furtado probably have voices suited for this. Cornell is a belter not a crooner. I only ever heard one song off of this and while it wasn't the worst thing in the world it wasn't good either.

I can understand that point of view for some of the ballads maybe, but tracks like Time suit Cornell's voice perfectly lol
