Yes, it seems after "Break Me Down" the album lost its consistency. I was never a fan of "Wasting Time" or "Already Over Pt. 2" at all.

I can't pin point where it starts, but I thought the album picked up for the last two or three songs. As for this one, I find myself skipping the first two tracks and enjoying everything else.
