Billy, apologies that I missed your earlier comment. I was obviously distracted by orgasms & the like.
As I stated in the summary to the review, the album almost includes filler unapologetically. I guess its a trademark to electronica-pop in a way, but you get the feeling there is some experimentation for the sake of experimentation. Or should that be weirdness for the sake of weirdness?

Yeah, I think I like 'We Are The People' slightly better than the title track now.
There is no doubt that a few tracks here are real growers, but there is still far too much filler to rate it too highly.
