really man? i wanted to like this so hard but i found most of the metalcore pretty shoehorned in. had they gone full on posthardcore it would of been cool, but they fell prey to that weird trend of bands who went full on metalcore in some parts then ooooh yeah im the clean singer biiiiiiitch in the other parts

yeah I definitely understand that as a negative aspect of this album and usually I would agree with you about the metalcore/clean singing constant switch-off, but for whatever reason, I just dig this album so much, fun album for me

nah there's some absolute quality tunes here, If We Speak Quietly and The Choreographer being probably the best.

I like this a lot, but it does rely on chugs a bit too much in spots. It would have been nice if they would have done some more rhythm based riffs or something instead of letting the lead guitar have all the fun.
Agreed on Quietly and Choreographer. Actually, I think the whole back half is pretty damn great.
