There's definitely a difference between the 2 versions of 'Kids'. Is it in a different key? I'm not 100% certain of that. Personally I still see it as more of a polishing up. The change(s) aren't all that significant. But that could just be me.

Righteo Dougie... Have you heard every drummer joke known to man as yet?

Hear the one about the one armed drummer?

No.

Well, he was in this rather awful band that a certain Staff member likes a lot.

Ross, one day I'm gonna get some kind of mod banning power & comments like that won't be forgotten. But for now, I shall impose a punishment on you of having to listen to the Crazy Frog album 3 times over.

shade31, even though it looks like you're swearing, you can be Spuitnik's key expert from now on.

My music theory sucks. I should never have given up piano; tis my second biggest regret.

Ross: My father, played trumpet in the VCA stage band (Melbourne Uni) and yeah has always just nailed

the theory into me, which I am kinda glad off. Though he hates me for taking up drums haha

Shade31: Yeah, but its quite a minor change (excuse the pun)

I'm the only musician in my family. I learned theory so I could compose music.

Ahh fair enough. My piano teacher used to drill in the theory pretty hard, but that was a good eight years ago so I have pretty much forgotten it all.
I too "play" the drums, except I don't really anymore - I used to. Still have the kit and still have a bash around now and again but in terms of technical ability I'm pretty poor; used to be alright until I moved to uni and couldn't find the time/space.
