I didn't like the single they released from this, but you do a good job of making this seem compelling...I'm just worried because I feel that the group doesn't really have enough potential to spread out a little bit. Volume 3 was rather boring.

Fair average being? That's kind of a skewed and messed up way of rating things. Technically the only fair average is the happy medium which is 2.5 and since you gave it a 5 to counteract those who gave it a 2 it's unlikely that's the rating you're wanting it to reach. ^^^Yeah, the alternation between his screams/growls/shouts and his cleans are really awkward most of the time on here. I love his cleans but his harsh vocals are starting to loose their appeal.

There's some definitely strong material on here it's just way too all over the place. It's so varied and stylistically self-conflicted that it ends up being mixtape fodder more than anything.

This is EXACTLY why I don't listen to them anymore. Every single album faults because of this issue. I don't see the nu-metal tag, that some people give them, as an issue.
