The Clash were on of the most influential punk bands, right alongside the Sex Pistols and The Ramones. In my opinion, this is one of the greatest albums of all time, and clearly proves their musical ability.

I think the Clash are immensely overrated. I like the song London Calling, but other than that the rest of the album bored me.

Damn, I'm sick of that regurgitation. "Train in Vain" wasn't left off because it was too poppy, for fucks sake! They sent the artwork to printing and afterwards decided to add the song to the album.
