I wouldn't know about that but on their newest album Shannon takes more of a backseat which is one of
the aspects I fuckin hate.

I just remember when I first started listening to them, people made it out like it was Jared's project, and everyone else was just touring/studio musicians.
|
| |
Yea I know right? Cause Jared and his pretty face is the only one in the band right? Lyrically yes it's all him but idk about the music and rhythms.

Wikipedia credits him as "lead vocals, rhythm guitar, bass, keyboards, songwriter," but I don't know how legit that is. The funny thing is, though, I didn't have a clue who he was until I heard the band. And when I asked people what he had been in, the highest amount of the same response I got was that he was the dude that Brad Pitt wails on in a scene in Fight Club, lol.

Afternoon fellas. Leto is a surprisingly talented actor, if you've ever seen Panic Room he rules in that.

Oh yeah, that's a great movie. Back before everyone hated Kristen Stewart.

Yeah surprisingly she wasn't too bad in that movie, but Leto absolutely stole the show for me, he just rocked it. I've never actually seen Fight Club, I should probably change that.

Well, like I said, Brad Pitt beats the shit out of Leto and he also tells Meat Loaf he has bitch tits. If neither one of those sell it for you, I don't know what will.

I'm not a Brad Pitt fan but yeah I'm aware of that scene, it sounds like a good movie so I'll check it sometime. It does have Edward Norton so yeah I'm sure Pitt won't ruin it for me.

I don't mind him; it just depends on the movie mostly. I really like him in the Ocean's 11 movies.

Haven't seen those either but yeah it does depend on the movie. He was great in Inglorious Basterds but awful in Interview With the Vampire.

Never been a fan of Tarantino so haven't seen Basterds. Its been a looking time since I saw Interview, but I remember
liking it.

Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs tho :/ Interview was pretty good I reckon and I was amazed that Tom Cruise was actually good in it.

I don't know what exactly, but something about his movies just bother me. But I am not really big on movies, so maybe there is an appreciation for him I just don't have.

I'm not big on excessive violence in movies but he pulls it off stylishly with good actors so I'm cool with it. Oh well, opinions.

Yeah, I guess I can see that. if I want stylized, excessive violence, I will probably just play Borderlands or maybe watch the first Kick Ass, lol.
I think its mostly the dialogue sequences in his stuff. They give me this vibe that he thinks he is way more clever than he actually is.

I was under the impression that Jared writes everything; is that true?
Yeah, Jared did pretty much everything on this record. I think they were more band writing with the second record.

He is clever though Ecnal, Pulp Fiction has like the best dialogue ever.

I just don't see/hear the awesome that poors from his pores (wordplay, right?), dudeski.
Can we still be friends even tho I'd rather listen to Coldplay than The Wonder Years, don't find this as crazy good as you and Mongi, and have a distaste for Quentin Tarantino? I still think we can make this work, even with all the hardships at hand here.

"Did you see a sign above my garage saying dead nigger storage?" If you don't think that's the best line ever then I give up.
Nah it's all good some of my closest sputbros and I disagree on just about everything so it'll be fine. Out of curiosity, though, what don't you like about TWY?
