I think Audioslave’s second album is fucking great. Solid 4 for me. Revelations was alright. It has some good songs. Moth is one of their best songs. I’d go with a 3.5.

this album was the blueprint for an outstanding hard rock album in the 2000's. Well, this and Songs For The Deaf. Has there been any truly great hard rock albums since? Maybe This Type Of Thinking, but I don't think i'd call that great, plus hard rock might not apply to any of these albums. At face value it does, all the albums are heavier than your standard alt rock fare, but aren't quite metal. I'm rambling.
