this is probably my favorite slipknot album to date... the drumming is the best seen throughout this than the other 3 (IMO). and i found the guitar and vocals to just be catchy throughout and very easy to listen to... so good this is good in my book.

You also don't seem to like any form of metal (from the bands you've rated)... so i guess that kinda counts slipknot out for you. This Message Edited On 02.12.07

True. Listening to Converge makes me want to punch a f*cking elder who is handicapped just because I hate it so much.

Ok, This is in my top 5 of all time. Opinions are like ass-holes, everyones got one. But the emotion, brutality and downright sickness of the album as a whole cant be debated. Brilliant lyrically and musically. And Jelle Peersman, Joey is a phenomenal drummer, ask any metal head and they will say Joey is one of the top if not the top metal drummer around today. Joey is a decent drummer. He's probably only looked at as being good because nu-metal is full of completely talentless drummers and he looks better by comparison.

Umm... Joey is good at the drums, but he tends to show off. I mean, buy their live one and you'll know what I'm talking about.

I've heard from a bunch of people that Joey's one of the best drummers out there. I really don't see what the big deal is...he's good but not THAT good. Many metal drummers can do what he does. And his band aint that great either. If you want some crazy drumming listen to Behemoth :P

Ugh. There is more out there than Inferno, too.

Kevin Talley, George Kolias and Adam Jarvis are all>Inferno

Inferno is pretty good, though. He does his job well.

Ugh boring speed drummers. Real good drummers are Sean Reinhert, Gene Hoglan, Ben Koller, Flo Mounier, Thomas Haake, Richard Christy and Martin Lopez. They add some originality to their playing. This Message Edited On 07.04.07
