its all done well. but its like jonsi' solo album. too sweet and can cause tooth decay.

the rest of his output is much the same way. i hate his lyrical sujects in general and his recent album is a trainwreck, beyond horrible.

haha thats fair, i would never listen to this album or any sufjan and look for angsty bitchin, not that i dont like angsty ranting and shit cause I do but with this album I really love the stories Sufjan has told, the imagery he created, and the incredibly cinematic and rich way he put it into this album. it's huge, but i love everything about it and it's so well done and has such a perfect flow. to each his own man
