what's the point of even comparing his releases in terms of which is better. just listen dude don't make me sound like that kid on youtube who posts shit to get likes but really

dude, we're humans we don't need no fucking comprehensive reasoning to do shit, NYAGUH.

I will say though Skelethon is definitely more memorable like each track sticks with you while Labor
Days keeps my attention for the first few songs and then I kind of lose interest... still a great
album though and I love the production on it more so than on most of his other releases which makes it
hard to say whether I like Skelethon or Labor Days more so I just don't think about it.

JUDO ... THROW!
"i will say though Skelethon is definitely more memorable like each track sticks with you while Labor Days keeps my attention for the first few songs and then I kind of lose interest... "
I completely and utterly disagree. I feel like LD has so many more memorable moments, but skelethon is an improvement on his beats and flow.

I don't know, I think my reasoning for saying that could be that Skelethon is really fresh in my mind
because it's a new release, I haven't listened to Labor Days in a while, and I have listened to it so
many times that I have sort of lost interest in it all together anyway. If I would have listened to
them both for the first time yesterday I may have a different opinion.

Which is exactly why it's better. *barricades house*

Lyrically, LD is far superior. I'm also a sucker for jazzy samples, which LD has me hooked on.

LD has many more memorable moments, and also his lyrics/delivery are overall better. I can see how
one would prefer the beats on Skelethon more, and in a way I agree, but I feel like the music on Labor
Days reflected the lyrical theme of each song -- which isn't really happening on Skelethon. LD was
more of a cohesive album, at least that's how I feel.
I agree that his flow on the new one is probably his best yet, or at least tied with NSP.

See above post

to be quite honest, on LD his voice also partly sounded a bit chuckleworthy. and Idk, but subpar lyricism can't make an album for me if the flow isn't going with it (not saying his flow on LD is bad) and the beats aren't as good.

yea i guess it depends on what you listen for most in hip hop. i'm a lyrics guy personally, and LD
has some of my favorite lyrics ever. Plus, like I said I think the beats are incredible, just in a
different way. They're much more in the vein of traditional hip hop or backpack rap.
edit: apparently brandon and i are on the same wavelength today
