Reagardless, Ulver needs to put out a fucking record. Late 2009 early 2010 sounds good. Hopefully it will combine all their albums sans Natten.

Perdition City has far more variation and one of the best concepts ever captured to an audio recording.

idk this album is pretty heavy but not in the traditional sense. one of the most atmospheric albums i've had the pleasure listening to. though the said mood can get too much at some point that doesn't stop eos and all the love from being some of the best songs ever

Perdition City does have Porn Piece or the Scars of Cold Kisses which is undoubtedly the best song ever

This has been the recent soundtrack for my mental state. Kind of always dug the vibe of the album but as of late its melancholy is consuming me.

The intro to All the Love, though short, is amazing. Think it's the combo of Eos' sorrowful building up and then... 90% of time I'm close to tears when the choral wall of sound comes in.

Depressing but beautiful album.

At first I thought it was boring.

It really is a grower. Eos is perhaps the most beautiful song I've ever heard.
And everything else...it all just flows so well.

Immense album.

Been listening to this a lot lately. Solitude has got to be one of the best covers ever. So hauntingly beautiful.
