I actually think the art gives the album a more "comic book" feel. Thats a good thing. It may be cheesy, but oh well.

Nevermind about the art. This album is pretty good despite a couple of boring tracks.

Welcome home is the only song I've heard by Coheed and Cambria that I truly love. Does this album have anything similar to it? What is their heaviest song?

I have had "Good Apollo I'm Burning Star IV, Vol. 1: From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness" (YES I DID JUST TYPE THAT) for a long time and today i finally for the first time, put it on and got through the whole cd and actually enjoyed it.

So i may just check this out.

Chan, I know your avatar pic is the willing well/guillotine, but I can't get over the fact that it looks like a woman's legs spread open who's wearing black underwear...

Am I crazy?

Just looking at his avatar tells you he is a big fan.

No, I knew he was a gigantic slobbering fanboy as long as I've been on the site. Of course an album released less than a week ago is classic though!

Mind you, I did the same (well, it wasn't a week) with Pig Destroyer's Phantom Limb. But I'm still listening to that incessantly. The band will never top SSTB, it has to be said.

Probably not, and I don't even like that album all that much. Honestly, No World For Tomorrow and The Running Free are the only songs I bother with on here.

Better then the last, but In Keeping Secrets is still the best.

I honestly think that this is as good as IKSSE 3 and SSTB. There is at least 1 song on all those 2 and this one that i dont really like.

I still dont see how this has a lower overall rating that GA:1
