In 2001 I first heard Atreyu and held them in high regard. I then realized, "I'm not deaf. This kinda blows a tad." Granted, my musical taste still sucks, I'm happy that whole deal is far behind me.

Good call on this album, it really manages to suck almost as bad as The Crusade. Something about this band just makes me want to kill them, can't quite put my finger on it though...

It would be a bit easier to take your views into consideration if you'd actually listened to the album enough to give it a chance. I thought the opera vocals were pretty obvious in the bridge of When Two Are One.

But I don't get why people hate this album so much. As a fan, I was extremely dissappointed when I heard that their sound had changed so dramatically, but after giving it a few listens, I actually started to like it. It's a good album in my opinion, it's really catchy.

It's significantly better than anything they've done before. Still boggles my mind when people give this a 1, seeing as how Suicide Notes or The Curse deserve a 1 much more.
