Yes it is! Alternatively, you could also start with I Can Feel The Heart Beating As One. This album is more consistent (and their best in my opinion), but I Can Feel The Heart Beating As One is a bit more varied and kinda shows all the different styles the band plays around with.

I can listen to them any time of year, but I'm also more in the mood for them when the weather's warm. In particular, Painful is top-tier sunny day music for me and And Then Nothing Turned Itself Inside... is an essential summer night record.
