Whoo Yeah! Thanks guys. I mean, I know it doesn't make any sense to thank you really, but just....YES! I am happy and such. The more people that experience this wonderfulness the better.

And yes, the title track is bananas. Every time the that rain-break in the middle of the song comes in I find myself out of breath, and then the super-angry part that follows just gets me so amped I could beat someone.

my fav part of the album got to be in the first track...when the acoustic comes out of nowhere and the piano plays that melody....frigin epic

Yeah, alot of people like the first song the best, I can see why. I was the same and it took a WHILE before I changed my mind. Honestly though, every tack here, including Fall, is top notch stuff. Alone I Stand In Fires was my favorite track for a bit.

This is such an amazing album. All week has been filled with this, their EP, and Crimson by Edge of Sanity. But on topic i can not find a flaw in this album.

Me thinks this could be a five but i will wait another week to give it a couple more go throughs.

The funny thing is, I didn't even really get this album the on first listen. I gave it a 3.5. A couple listens later it went to a 4, a few more and it was a 4.5, a few more gave it a 5. It took me so long to absorb all the awesomeness. And I agree willfellmarsy, if someone asked me for a con from this album, I think I would say something like "uhhhh...it makes me enjoy many of my other albums less because it's so good it makes them look foolish?" lol

This started off as a 4 for me. slowly got to 4.5 and eventually 5.

To kattunlover: Yeah, The Porter is great but Three Neuron Kings(the ep) is better. Check my review for it if you haven`t already

This is to good to not get a five. I got chills today during the title track so i m obliged to return the favor through an eskewed message board stat. High five to SCREAM! for ur EP review getting me into this fantastic band.

Another note...what is wrong with their follow up?

Their did some kind of industrial experimental techno/metal(not sure how to call it) album and it didn't turn out well. It's sad after hearing the greatness they are capable of accomplishing

they went mainstream...sorta....think avanged sevenfold...how they went from WTF to their self titled...I like their S/T but that is basically how different it is

Just noticed....this is sputnik's number 1 metal album for 2004! Definately well deserved
