I'd say that it's better on a technical level (Terrifyer does benefit from having cleaner production and the songwriting received an upgrade), but as far as emotion goes, this knocks that out of the park. Sweet artwork, also; to be fair, PD's always had zazztastic album covers. Phantom Limb is my favorite in that regard, 'cuz John Baizley's a monster.
