"It's in your shoutbox"
Yeah, but you say you suck, so I don't know. There must be other reasons.

Yeah dude, I remember really digging it but it's been a while and I never listened to it enough for it to actually sink in but my brother is always bugging me to jam this more
Also I fucking love Pantera so there's that

When I was super into Pantera and jammed this I was quite disappointed as I was hoping for basically some cool Pantera b-sides but my fragile little ears couldn't handle the SLUDGE of the production. Luckily I kept it on my ipod and songs kept coming up on shuffle and eventually it clicked and now I'd put this just above Pantera's best work and the production as some of my favourite metal production out there, so thiccc

I think I like Vulgar and FBD more than Cowboys. I used to like Cowboys the most and I get why people love that album but whenever I'm in the mood for something like Pantera, it's usually not falsetto Anselmo with worse production ::shrugs::

But falsetto Phil fucking ruins

Eh, I mean technically it's impressive but like...
...I don't want to lift to falsetto shit. Personal thing, I guess. I'd rather have Phil screaming his Southern lungs out of his throat.

Yeah I dig that Phil too, you will 100% like this then haha, one of his best vocal performances for sure
But I mean CFH-era Phil was like top 5 vocalists of all time for me, kinda glad he sacrificed blowing his voice out for about 3 years of glorious singing, as the trade-off had to happen to produce such powerful gut-busting highs (for me in that era his falsetto was better than Halford) but producing that album was defo worth it

Lmao I dunno about that man. It sounds like it would fit better on some classic heavy metal album, not one with thrash influences and grooves. When I think of falsetto in metal I don't think of anything else that I associate Pantera with (beer, lifting/fighting, rare steak, other tough guy nonsense)
