see the thing is, it is possible to actually make some little sense of what you're talking about without spoon feeding your fans. Its called striking a middle ground, and if Maynard was better at writing lyrics he would've been able to strike it, but instead he just shies away from anything truly profound or meaningful every time he starts to get close to it
