I don't get the hate for Lucky You, just cause they're doing somethin different doesn't mean it's automatically bad, imo that track is sweet trip-hop that sounds like a Team Sleep kinda idea



And GMB is one of my favorite tones songs, so uncharacteristically upbeat and catchy, but still tonesy

i didn't realize it was hated, always thought of it as Pink Cellphone done right (tho i'd put Teenager in the same category & that kills both of 'em)

that being said it's not exactly my favorite off of this

Lucky You is the weakest of the Teenager/Pink Cellphone trilogy but I still love it. I just wish the beat developed somewhat, that effect gets old as hell after four minutes

it's true that Pink Cell gets a bad rap over the little kinda-funny-the-first-time outro thing, i'd be lyin if i said i didn't enjoy the bulk of it when it came on at least a little bit
