Ty, you can't expect people to be good at something on Sputnik while they're probably not even good at it in reality.

Stupid, ugly and a horrible mess of an album. - MichaelSnoxall
Only a creative genius such as Michael Snoxall can critique music on both intelligence and attractiveness.

Haha, awesome

I think this album grows off as well. The production on the vocals and drums sound aberrant. PII is more organic, or at least more fufilling.

The drums here are electronic so that's why they sound so robotic. Personally I think it sounds badass but the production on pII is better overall
|

Not even that my emphasis is on the programmed drums, because they don't sound that bad. They both sound digital, but the pitch correction on this is much more difficult to listen to.

Huh I didn't know the drums here were programmed. Just sounded overproduced.

pretty sure a lot of it is played on an electronic kit

Well they aren't technically programmed.
The drummer Matt recorded the album on a Roland electronic kit and then the MIDI data was transferred into Superior Drummer 2.0 for changing the sounds.
Matt still played on this album.

Great album, would listen again

Ah I see. Might have to look into that software. The only program I've used is addictive drums and it doesn't sound anywhere near as good.

Superior Drummer is the shit. It takes a lot of production know how to make them sound as good as on this record though.
|

I stand corrected, but anyone else agree that the vocals are poorly produced compared to PII.
