I'm gonna say it, there's more misses on this album than there is on Empty days

Can’t say all that lol

well I did it. I can skip The Blues, Moon Shine, and maybe even debts tbh.
But the highs on this album tower over most the tracks on Empty Days

Well, I meant that *I* can’t say that. *You* can say whatever your heart desires. But yeah, I love all those songs. The dramatic chord progression in The Blues gets me humming all the time. Debts has so many awesome guitar and drum parts.

There's nothing skip-worthy on this, whereas I have skipped the entirety of Empty Days for about 8 years now

That shouldn’t be a badge of pride. Lol like I said Empty Glass and Cemetery Walls are some of their best songs.

White Oak Doors is also a stone cold masterpiece

I always really appreciated the acoustic number in “Prophet In Plain Clothes”.
It not only adds to the story of the album, but it’s a niche breather for an album that is almost always pedal to the metal.

The acoustic break is one of the best moments in their entire discography, and it also birthed Lost Ground so yeah

"Prophet In Plain Clothes" is amazing because of that break

That's what the fuck I said. lmao there's so much content in the instrumentals with all the nice guitar interplay and drum fills. Then it's one of the most important songs from a story perspective.
