this is bad tbh
EDIT:
I'm sure you and your virgin buddies laugh about how "gay" Metallica is whilst crowded around the school library computer looking up ironic videos and then you act like you know music.
This site needs an age limit, 30 and up only, so we can avoid stupid teen hipster bullshit like this.

yea that way this site can finally recognize the genius of bands like metallica, guns n roses, and journey
|
| |
Are you implying that GnR and Journey inspired entire genres and have released excellent albums?

I was 11 when this came out, and it was a WAYYYYYYYYYY different time then it is now, so I don't really expect people younger than me to understand why this album is/was such a force of nature.
For a full explanation, check my review for this, even if its kind of emo/gay, it tells the story of how this album destroyed everything in the time it was made, and how it influenced so many people.
So yeah, Im 35, which is old as fuck. If I was 11 now, an album probably wouldn't transfix me like this did, because the time is simply different. People don't buy albums anymore. You don't listen to the same thing over and over again because you have nothing else to jam because you don't have any money to buy it. You don't read the artwork, read about bands in magazines you hold in your hands. YOu don't smell the Goddamn album booklet.
Anyway, I digress.
Album rules.

Album rules for sure. I can't 5 it personally, especially when comparing to Iron Maiden, Sabbath, and Priest, but it's awesome.

lmao everything I listen to now is a CD copy. You just have to discipline yourself to not just listen to stuff on youtube and torrent it just cause you can.
CD's will only go under if you let them. Everyone thought vinyl was gonna go under 30 years ago, and look where it is now! Alive and well.
Continue to support the things you love and they won't die off.

If this was eight-tracks like classic Metallica...
1. Enter Sandman (5:31)
2. Wherever I May Roam (6:44)
3. Of Wolf and Man (4:20)
4. The Unforgiven (6:27)
5. Through the Never (4:00)
6. The God that Failed (5:09)
7. Sad But True (5:26)
8. The Struggle Within (3:54)
Total Length - 41:31
This would also be my (controversial) favorite Metallica.
