I think they were taking heavy influence from Thats the Spirit on this, i know they toured with BMTH prior to this album. Not really a good album to take influence from imo. Also Spencer's cleans on this are just...not good

Everything before this slays hard and DTGL is prob in my top 25-30 albums ever.
